Jean is a Licensed Building Contractor and a native of Louisiana whose love for Western North Carolina began when he married an Asheville native.  After over a decade of vacationing in the majestic Blue Ridge mountains at his wife's family home, Jean, his wife and their two children made their last visit in 2012, permanent.

Jean is a specialist in caring for Investment Properties including: Legacy Second Homes of Montreat, Second Home Vacation Rentals, Second Homes and Multi-Family Homes.  Jean‘s extensive background in home rehab projects and management led him and his wife Morgan into developing Second Home Care in 2014.  As a kid he was notorious for tagging along with his grandfather on service calls and working in the “shop” of the family electrical business Lachle Electric.

Jean’s honest and upfront approach simplifies the sometimes daunting process of Second Home ownership.

He looks forward to both serving your needs and protecting your investment.

Morgan was born and raised in Asheville.  After marrying Jean, she knew the only place she wanted to raise their children was in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.  With a background in international corporate events and marketing, her eye for detail and organizational skills help Second Home Care operations running smoothly.
